The Loyal Furry Friends (NEW!)

The scientific name of the dog is Canis lupus familiaris, named so because they are a direct descendant of the wolf. Before dogs became pets, they were primarily known for helping with hunting and sledding activities. It was only when the portraits of the royals started featuring dogs that they were widely adopted as domestic pets. Now, we know them as "Man's Best Friend" and see them as indispensable part of our family and lives. 

This candle carousel has four different breeds of dogs, French Bulldog, Yorkshire Terrier, Golden Retriever, and Pug. The ornament is a tennis ball in silver, one of their fave toys.
