Green Papaya's Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All orders are processed usually within 2 to 3 business days, except for Pre-Orders, which are shipped at specific dates. Products are shipped from Monday to Friday during business hours.

During the U.S. holidays, products ship based on the order in which they were placed. We try our best to ship as fast as we can. The safety of our associates and customers is our top priority. As a result, there may be delays. Any significant delays to product shipment due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Standard U.S. Shipping Method: USPS, Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days, Cost: FREE

Expedited U.S. Shipping Method: USPS, Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days, Cost: USD$15.00

We now ship to Internationally, please select the appropriate location and country at check out and flat fee/shipping cost will be shown. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to PO Boxes but please be mindful of package size when ordering. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent out with tracking information.

Damages

Green Papaya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
